Introducing our NEW Spiritually-based Weight Loss Series called
LIGHTEN UP!
This is NOT an "Ordinary Weight Loss Program!" We have found that the excess physical weight we carry has a direct link to the emotional pain and weight of our past and also to our fears about the future. Our past hurts, fears, traumas, anger, guilt, sadness, anxiety, stress and grief, along with our worries about the future, are barriers to self-love, acceptance, peace, forgiveness, freedom and weight loss. These heavy thoughts, feelings and emotions relating to the past and future are locked away in our own personal vault. If they are not addressed, they result in excess physical weight, loss of energy, fatigue, illness, pain, lack and despair. These are powerful roadblocks and deterrents that stand in the way of any past, present or future efforts to improve your life.
Through our process of WHOLE-MIND HEALING, we will help you Identify and Transform what you are still carrying with you, so you can SET YOURSELF FREE! You will find that once you release the emotional heaviness, you will stop punishing yourself. As you regain your Peace of Mind, your attitude and eating habits will naturally improve, and you will allow yourself to release the weight, once and for all, because carrying the extra weight will no longer be useful to you. We ask that you listen to the Weekly Hypnosis Meditations, at least once each day,** for optimal weight loss results.
**Run time is 20-30 minutes and you will receive a new recorded meditation each week!
We will also include many of the principles of "A Course in Miracles" that have proven to be effective for personal healing & transformation.
Instructor: Robin Duncan
Robin is the Executive Director of The Miracle Center of California. She is a Certified Hypnosis Instructor for The National Guild of Hypnotists and Spiritual Lecturer on A Course in Miracles. She specializes in Executive and Personal Life Coaching, Professional Training for Healing Practitioners, Group Workshops, and helping people transform their sabotaging beliefs in order to create the life they desire.
